This guide will show you how to level a World of Warcraft Horde Blood Elf character beginning at level 1-15. I have listed every single quests in order for you to follow in this starting zone. Recommendation to consider while you are leveling:
Recommendation:
(1) Remember to kill mobs as you run between quests and areas, grind if you aren't at the level where the guide says you should be, and always loot! If you want to level fast you need to be fast!

(1) Questhelpers tells you how to finish your quests in the easiest, fastest manner. It includes a database of quests, monsters, and items, telling you the exact location of that dang Perfect Satyr Horn you can't find. It also computes the fastest path to complete all your quests - and gain
experience - as quickly as possible.
(2) Cartographer - a modular, lightweight, and efficient framework for manipulation of the world map. It is based on Rock and other libraries of the wowace community.
(3) Bagnon - In short, Bagnon is a group of addons that improve the way the player manages his or her inventory.
(4) Bartender4 - a full ActionBar replacement mod. It provides you with all the features needed to fully customization most aspects of your action and related bars.
Reminder: all starter races including undead, tauren, blood elf, orc, and troll, once you have reached to level 12, the main leveling guide is to go to the Barrens.
SUNSTRIDER ISLE
All the quest givers have yellow exclamation marks over their heads. Make sure that you grind to a recommended level before you continue on. Otherwise, it would be harder for you to do the quest solo. Well, let's begin with level 1-5

5. Do "A Fistful of Slivers" "Unfortunate Measures" @ 34,20
6. Turn in "Thirst Unending"
7. Turn in "A Fistful of Slivers"
8. Turn in "Unfortunate Measures" and accept "Report to Lanthan Perilon"
9. Turn in "Report to Lanthan Perilon" @ 35,22 and accept "Aggression"
10. Do "Aggression" "Solanian's Belongings" @ 31,22 - Scroll of Scourge Magic
11. "The Shrine of Dath'Remar" @ 30,19 by clicking on the shiny plaque on the side of the
statue.
12. Continue doing "Solanian's Belongings" @ 35,28 - Solanian's Scrying Orb
13. Continue doing "Solanian's Belongings" @ 37,24 - Solanian's Journal
14. Turn in "Solanian's Belongins" and "The Shrine of Dath'Remar" @ 38,19
15. Turn in "Aggression" @ 35,22 and accept "Felendren the Banished"
